"Update: i have reworded this more gently and more detailed. Bill called me, angry about my review, accusing me of lying on his agent and made other accusations. I tried to speak with him respectfully and peacefully and he continued to yell at me, be defensive, & talk over me so that we couldn’t resolve anything-i would have been more than willing to edit or remove my review. I ended up having to hang up on him because he wouldn’t let me get a word in and continued to chastise me. Bill then called one of my other roommate’s (not the room-ate I had originally called about), gave them my full name and I am assuming said some nasty and threatening things because that roommate seemed to be fearful and angry, saying that I “blew up on” and “berated” Bill. Needless to say, I standby my original review that unfortunately this place is extremely unprofessional, lacks accountability, retaliative, and discloses peoples information without their authorization. At this point I am fearful of them, fearful of retaliation, fearful of more harassment, and at risk of being homeless because if their retaliation. I have now made complaints with the Dept of Banking & Insurance as well as the FTC and BBB. If this agency continues their harassment over a bad review and/or continues their retaliation, i will be filing a police report. _____________ I don’t have a policy at this location (thank goodness) but I had a HORRIBLE experience with their agent “Dee” over the phone last week. She was extremely unprofessional (huffing & sighing at me like i was inconveniencing her) and gave out information on policies that did not belong to me. She then questioned me about why my address was on policies that didnt belong to me and i advised her that i had no idea and that’s the reason i was calling. She seemed to get annoyed at the situation I was in and although gave out information she wouldnt remove my information. I called because I started getting 1 of my roommates mail to my parent’s house/my mailing address. I gave her the roommates name and my mailing address to where the mail was going and asked if she could have it stopped. She confirmed the policy address and mailing address on my roommate’s profile were different, told me what policies they had, the FULL NAMES of the other people on their policy, and the address on the policy. So after she disclosed all except the policy number, i asked her to remove my address and update their address to whatever it was before. She said she couldn’t update it/make changes without the account holders permission… which i completely understand IF she hadn’t already disclosed all their info. She asked if i could just let the person know so they can call in and change it and i left it at that. I let the 1 roomate know of my experience and that they had to call to make changes. Whether they did or not, i have no idea. Overall, If you care about professionalism, security of your account & privacy, I wouldn’t recommend this particular agency."
